Frozen beef offal and by-products from France
Caviagro has been exporting frozen beef offal and by-products since 1996. We supply importers and traders with frozen beef tripes (green and bleached), omasum, honeycomb, livers, hearts, lungs, sinew, tendons, paddywack, head meat, lips, feet, pizzles, body fat and tails, mainly of French origin and from other EU plants on request.
Products are available in human grade or category 3 (C3), packed in cartons, polyblocks or naked blocks, from 5–10 t, by full truck or container, with mixed loads possible. We export to the EU, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand and Africa, with the required health certificates.
