We supply frozen beef offals and cuts, including hearts, livers, omasum, head meat, sinew, flank membrane, tendons, paddywalk, tripe, feet
PORK
We supply frozen pork offals, including hearts, livers, tongues, kidneys, back fat, Iberian back fat, cutting fat, feet, ears, trimmings, head meat, aponeurosis, diaphragm, chitterlings, and various cuts such as collar, ham, and brisket.
CHICKEN
We supply frozen chicken offals and cuts, including gizzards, upperback, necks, quarters, thigh meat, wings, drumsticks, and Mechanically Deboned Meat (MDM).
